There should always be a story. The main one of course being we are at this conference, this is what has been happening at the booth and it is now over, so see you next year.
#2 Company image
Record your booth staff happily engaging customers or even doing some fun and intelligent stuff.
It shows that they enjoy themselves at the booth and more importantly, shows the great company spirit.
ADVANCED TIPS
#3 Get the booth visitors involved
My favorite one is the testimonial cam where I record existing customers talking about why they use the product.
#4 Promote concrete people
Do you have a person that you want to promote a little more, like a consultant or an evangelist? Give them an extra part in your video. Show them in a good light.

#5 Create a side story
Now this one is actually quite difficult, but the rewards are HUGE and I will explain it through a real-life example. In one concrete booth video we’ve done, we implemented all the tips from above, but added an extra twist. We created a superhero named after the client’s product who was fighting a villain.
During the conference, we were able to shoot the video in a fun way that highlights the product features while demonstrating the brands playful approach.
The result was that it elevated the booth video onto a completely new level, but more importantly at a following conference where our, main actor was present, people were shouting at him, “Hey, there goes R# Guy!”
Now this is exactly the level you want to achieve. For a fractional investment compared to the overall booth investment, you get a marketing tool that can elevate and boost your ROI to new heights.
